Mix the cream cheese and powdered sugar with a rubber spatula in a medium bowl until well blended.
Stir in the whipped cream.
Spread the mixture evenly into the pie crust and refrigerate.
Place the gelatin, pudding, and water in a medium saucepan and whisk together until smooth.
Cook over medium heat stirring constantly until it comes to a boil.
Remove it from heat and cool for 5 minutes.
Stir in the strawberries.
Pour or spoon the mixture over the creamy pie filling.
Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours before serving.
