If you are a seamstress, chances are you’ve heard of, seen, or sewn a Noodlehead pattern. If you haven’t, I’m pleased to be the one who enlightened you!
Anna is an incredibly talented pattern designer. Her designs are not only cute and trendy, the patterns themselves make sense and are easy to follow. She offers loads of free tutorials and her book – Handmade Style is in the works for early next year!
I’ve purchased and sewn two Noodlehead patterns in the last year or so. The Super Tote and the Divided Basket patterns are both useful and clever designs that I’ll use over and over.
In November, I gifted my mom with the Super Tote for her birthday. I figured it would be a great bag for her knitting on the go. I asked her to take a picture of it and sure enough, it’s filled to the brim with her knitting stuff. It’s such a generous size that it would make a great beach or shopping bag as well!
On Mom’s last visit to Utah, we visited a large fabric warehouse where she found several coordinating fabrics she had to have. (and by “had to have”, I mean she had to have me sew her something with them. :-)) With not a single clue what to do with them, I, of course, set my eye on the perfect pattern to hold her knitting supplies – which is always popular with Mom since she has knitting gear coming out of her ears! Noodlehead offered the solution with the Divided Basket pattern. What does she use this for, you ask? For her knitting not on the go, of course! <grin>
I’ve also fallen hard for the Roadtrip Case and the Gathered Clutch – how will I ever choose which project to do next?

The Roadtrip Case looks perfect for my granddaughter’s rainbow loom!
I just got a new sewing machine and am learning how to use it. I would love a chance to win one of these cute patterns! I really like the Sidekick Tote!
Is there a special log in to reply for the drawing…
Hi Paula,
No special log in. I believe it will ask that you either connect using facebook or enter in your email address – either way it’s so that we can contact you after the giveaway is completed.
Let me know if you have any other questions!

I love the yarn tote! Such a fun project to play with coordinating fabrics. Thanks for sharing these.
My favorites–I have two!–are the Poolside Tote and the Run Around Bag. Thanks for introducing me to this designer!
I think i like the Envelope Clutch and Divided Basket.. those are nice patterns..
I love the road trip case!!!
I love the Super Tote
I love 241 tote!
How beautiful is the road trip case! Would sew it for next years road trip! or as a Xmas gift
I LOVE the Divided Basket! The tote bag is very cute also (can anyone have TOO MANY tote bags?).
I need to turn my sewing machine on and really learn! I’m in love with the roadtrip case (there are lots of possibilities for things that I need to carry with me for my son’s autistic habits) but I also love the gathered clutch and the run around tote!
I would love to win the divided basket pattern. I can think of so many uses for it in my sewing room and so many uses my friends could use it for too!
Love the super tote pattern for all of my knitting supplies.
I love all your totes, the super tote and the pool side tote, heck I love all your stuff.
I love the messenger bag made from cargo pants, and the fold over bag.
I also love the skirt pattern (simplicity skirt 2226).
Thank you for sharing,
Donna
I like the super tote the best, but only because I have yarn and fiber coming out of my ears too 🙂
I would like the Road Trip case. It is really nice.
Super tote is my favourite, but all the patterns look great.
I have a couple of Anna’s other patterns, but I would love the Super Tote pattern! Thanks!
The Divided Basket Pattern is a project I’d tackle first! Being an avid crafter and a beginner seamstress, it would be perfect!
The super tote would be a great help in organizing my knitting projects.
Thanks for the opportunity.
I like the divided basket pattern. One can never have to many baskets. I really like the way this one is put together. I would love this pattern.
I’ve only recently picked up sewing again, and would LOVE to try one of these patterns!!! I think I’d have to start with the divided basket pattern. So useful for so many things! Thank you for the enlightenment. 😀
I love the divided basket pattern
I love the envelope clutch! Have also made her divided basket, 241 clutch, and super tote. Love Anna’s patterns!
Supertote is may favourite.
I like them all and would have a hard time just picking one! And what I really need is a fabric warehouse that has great fabric!!
I love the road trip case!!!
I love the roadtrip case with darling elephants!
I love the poolside tote and the Road Trip Case.. I’ve made the Gathered Clutch and the Runaround Bag and love both finished products!
The Divided Basket is just my type of bag and I would qualify for being called a “bag” lady.
I love all the patterns but am especially intrigued by the poolside tote and the 241 tote.
I like the super tote.
Poolside Tote gest my vote!
I really like the Super Tote and Road Trip. They are all amazing!
There’s a divided basket now?!? I’ve been eyeing the super tote for a while but now… wow! I’ve made many of the “Open Wide” pouches (and will be making some as Christmas gifts) but would love to do a bit of selfish sewing with any of those tote/basket patterns!
I like the 241 bag and the divided basket a lot!!
I love all the patterns. I just had my sewing machine fixed after 10 years. Now that I’m retired I hope to take up sewing again and was looking for a pattern. Thank you for the opportunity.
Gaby
I have one Super Tote but I want to make another
In my quilt guild I am known as the bag lady, because i love to make them! I really like the looks of the “Super Tote”. But I have not seen the pattern maker on my quilt shop hops/runs. I would love to have the pattern, even if I do not get chosen. Can you get me the site/address?
Hi Melissa, it’s linked in the post. You can see find Anna’s patterns here: https://www.noodle-head.com/shop
