Peppermint Mocha Homemade Coffee Creamer

Homemade Peppermint Mocha Coffee CreamerYou will love me for this, Crafty Friends! I’ve learned about a homemade coffee creamer – yummy, delicious and far healthier than store-bought! I’ve made many different flavors and you can certainly experiment with that, but here is one of my hands down favorites -Peppermint Mocha. Mmmmmm! Yep, my mouth is watering just typing it! It adds a certain touch of decadence to your brew. This time of year I’m adding it to my iced coffee for a hot weather treat.

If you try creating different flavors, post your flavor recipe here to share with the rest of us and we’ll enjoy it together – just as coffee was meant to be!

It’s like you’ve learned this just for me! That’s for sharing – it is a wonderful recipe.

I did! I did make it just for you, Amy! HA! I also made a White Chocolate Raspberry Creamer that was really tasty but wasn’t very pretty. The white chocolate chips kept wanting to re-harden in the fridge after being melted. O’well, it was good right off the stove but after being chilled it just wasn’t working for me ;-)

I was thinking Pumpkin Spice would be good too.

      Paula,
Use the same basic recipe – 1 cup half and half and honey to taste then add vanilla extract. Would be YUMMY!!!

Amy, I thought about pumpkin spice too – how about just adding the pumpkin spices to your half and half and honey mixture? I’m sure it would be excellent!!!

Ooo, I’m not much of a coffee drinker but I love tea lattes. I’m thinking about trying to make a creamer with almond milk and chai seasonings for my tea. If I do, I’ll be sure to post the recipe here. Thanks for the inspiration!

Thank you for this… looks fabulous (the vanilla version, that is!) Coffee creamer is the one thing I run out of WAY before grocery day…. (because there is nothing better after a long day of 4kidsunder10 than to sit, sip, and knit, lol!!!)
