Oh my gosh, we’ve had so much fun putting together these first few blog posts! Now, the fun part for us – we can hardly wait to share with you all, read your comments and get some prizes out into your hot little hands.

One winner per prize, for a total of 2 winners, will be chosen via a random number generator. The first number generated will win the Apple Tawashi Set & the second number generated will win the Greek rusks and oregano tin.
Entries must be received by Thursday September 1, 2011 at midnight MST.
Winner will be posted on Friday September 2, 2011.
Winners will be contacted via email on Friday September 2, 2011.
Winner will have 72 hours to reply with their mailing address. After 72 hours, a new winner will be chosen via a random number generator.
Of course, you must be 18 years old to enter.

My favorite craft is knitting – I used to bounce around the craft world and would lose interest after buying a whole lot of stuff (adding beads to my knitting won’t require a trip to the store for a long time) Curt thought I would knit a scarf or two and be on the next obsession – but he will be the first to admit he is amazed I have stuck with knitting for almost 9 years now!

My favorite craft is probably the one I don’t do right now… sewing garments. I love to sew. I love to tweak the pattern to get a perfect fit, finding the right fabric and buttons, matching the interfacing so it’s subtle but works, playing with all the stitches on the machine, cutting, pressing (I LOVE ironing), putting in lots and lots of pockets, and all the finishing touches that nobody but me will know about.
But the sewing machine and massive sewing stash is far away… so now I knit.
And I shared the salad link. Yummmm.
